Movement for I Innovation (M4I)

In July 1998, deputy Prime Minister John Prescott received Sir John Egan's report on the health of the UK construction industry.

That now well-known report, , highlighted several problems and made a number of clear recommendations, one of which was the creation of a 'movement for change'.

Thus the Movement for Innovation, or M4I for short, was born. It is a body comprising like-minded individuals from all parts of the construction industry supply chain, who believe that incorporation of the principles embodied within will lead to substantially increased client satisfaction and improved profitability for all.
