Ainscough Engineering Services, the machinery moving arm of the crane hire giant, has acquired Vanguard Industrial from the administrator KPMG for an undisclosed sum.Vanguard, which had two divisions moving, packing and installing machinery, had a turnover of £21 million.The packing division has been sold separately, with the two deals preserving 160 jobs, KPMG said.
