New London £15m court planned

Contractors are invited to tender for a £15 million deal to build a new court in Isleworth, London for the Department for Constitutional Affairs on behalf of Her Majesty's Court Service.
Plans drawn up by the authority propose a facility including between four and six courtrooms to allow the relocation of Middlesex County Court from Middlesex Guildhall which is to be redevelopment to house the new UK Supreme Court.

The department wants the court to be ready by March 2007 to allow the operations of the court to continue without disruption.

Up to eight firms will be invited to tender.
