GIRLPOWER: Lisa Hillier, 23, is the sole woman in a team of 60 Crown House electricians working on the £60 million expansion of Birmingham's National Exhibition Centre. They are installing nearly 1,000 km of cabling in four new exhibition halls under Crown House's £16 million contract to design and install all building services in partnership with main contractor Laing Midlands. Lisa started her training in 1991 also on a NEC project.
