No penalties for BB staff caught up in steamy video

BALFOUR Beatty has ruled out disciplinary action against construction workers caught up in the filming of a blue movie.

Some of its workers were filmed looking on as a man and a woman performed sex acts in Terminal Four's car park at Heathrow.

The footage was played in Isleworth Crown Court at the trial of Georgette Neale, 23, and her co-star Vince Curran, 35. The pair were found guilty on two counts of outraging public decency and conditionally discharged.

A Balfour Beatty spokeswoman said: 'The workers weren't involved in the filming of the video or anything like that. Our site offices are close to the car park and they were just caught while passing through.'
