Liverpool-based Nobles construction has strengthened its position in the healthcare sector with the appointment of a new contracts manager.

He joins Nobles from Caddick Construction and has previously worked on Claire House at Clatterbridge Hospital and the refurbishment of the Royal Liverpool Teaching Hospital.
