Norfolk to get 3,000 new homes

Plans have been submitted to build 3,000 sustainable mixed-use 'urban extension' new homes in a Norfolk town.

The proposal for an area south of Wymondham has been submitted by London-based developers Barton Willmore on behalf of Pelham Holdings.

It is proposing 750 of the homes will be affordable, plus a school, college, nursery, shops and a medical centre.
