Northants housing win for Apollo

Keepmoat’s Apollo operation has won a repairs and maintenance contract worth up to £56m over 10 years.

The contract is with Northamptonshire-based social landlord Spire Homes, which owns and manages 4,500 properties for which Apollo will provide responsive, emergency and planned repairs.

It will also be responsible for improvements to Spire’s properties and has already been working with the landlord for three years.

Keepmoat partnering manager, Caroline Hogg said: “We have formed an excellent working relationship with the organisation over the last three years and this contract demonstrates both our commitment to provide community investment and an excellent service to all tenants.”

The present Keepmoat company was formed this year by a merger of Apollo and the Keepmoat Group, which later

resulted in 200 redundancies among the 3,500 staff.
