Northern Ireland Three in hunt for £25m prize

THE SHORT list of consortia bidding for Northern Ireland's biggest Private Finance Initiative scheme to date has been cut to three.

The firms chasing a £25 million crown and county court scheme in Belfast are Chancellor Developments, Jarvis and Justice Services.

A fourth group, the Concordia Consortium, has been dropped by the client, the Northern Ireland Court Service.

Tender documents must be returned by March 23.
