Norwest buys Stradform

Norwest Holst has bought Cardiff building contractor Stradform for an undisclosed sum.

Stradform carries out work in south Wales, the South-west and up to Birmingham. It has a turnover of £75 million and works on contracts ranging between £3 million and £15 million.

Norwest Holst said that the deal is in line with its parent Vinci’s strategy “to develop a network of well established regional contractors throughout England and Wales”.

The company currently has an office in the South-west at Bristol.
