Norwest Holst bags £5.9m scheme

Vinci-owned Norwest Holst has clinched a £5.9 million contract to build a distribution centre for cosmetic firm L'Oréal at Sherwood Park in Nottingham for London-based developer Highbridge.
The contractor will build a 11,730 sq m warehouse and a two storey office block.

Construction on the 30 week project will start in early January 2006.

Architect for the project is Harrell & Partners. Consulting engineer is Jordan Pritchard Gorman.
