Nottingham FM job goes to TayWood

Taylor Woodrow has been awarded a contract to provide facilities management services for Government Offices in Nottingham.

The win is part of an overall deal which is the company’s third success under the Office of Government Commerce Property and Facilities Management Services Framework.

It will see Taylor Woodrow provide maintenance, cleaning, security, vending and postal services at GO’s Newcastle, Nottingham, Guildford and Plymouth offices.

Government Offices is part of the Department of Communities and Local Government, which sets UK policy on local government, housing, urban regeneration, planning and fire and rescue.

This three year contract, with an optional extension for a further two years, has a potential value of over £6 million and will commence on 1 April 2008.
