Nottingham university offers £11.5m library job

The University of Nottingham is looking for a contractor for an £11.5 million redevelopment of its library.

The job covers the design and construction of an extension to the existing George Green Library facility, including refurbishment of the existing building.

The university says all library services and facilities must remain open at all times during the new build and refurbishment works. The estimated value is at least £11.5m.

Time limit for receipt of tenders or requests to participate is 15 January 2013.
