Nuttall to the rescue with ambulance gift

NUTTALL John Martin has donated a Ford Ranger to the Anaesthetic Trauma and Critical Care medical rescue team, a voluntary organisation made up of doctors, firefighters and medics.

They give their time for free to provide Mersey Regional Ambulance Service with an elite forward aid team to deal with redalert trauma calls.

The unit has also linked up with Nuttall's construction team at Thelwall viaduct to practice working on remote or difficultto-access construction sites.

Ten Nuttall staff have also attended courses with the rescue team to learn about the management of trauma.The rescue team is currently in Indonesia helping out in the wake of the tsunami disaster.
