Nuttall wins £41m waste plant job

Nuttall has won a £41 million contract from Donarbon Waste Management to design and build a mechanical, biological treatment waste plant at Waterbeach in Cambridgeshire.

The plant will handle 170,000 tonnes of waste every year reducing the amount of material sent to landfill by 75 per cent.

Nuttall is set to finish the job, which forms part of Donarbon’s PFI contract with Cambridgeshire County Council, in November 2009.
