Oil revenue


A scaffolder won a six-figure compensation payout last week after he fell from a bunk bed on a North Sea oil platform in September 1999.

Robert Robb's legal team sued international oil service company Salamis after the accident stopped him from working offshore. The award follows an appeal to the House of Lords after courts in Aberdeen and Edinburgh rejected Mr Robb's claims.
