Olympics legacy building work up for grabs

The London Olympic Legacy Development Corporation is tendering for construction and civil engineering work on a visitors’ “hub” in the Queen Elizabeth Park.

The tender relates to the detailed design and construction of the new South Park Hub Building, which will provide a range of facilities to visitors of the park.

The works will be completed after the completion of the 2012 Olympic Games and Paralympic Games and may include design, procurement, construction, testing, commissioning and certification and approval of the South Park Hub Building.

Full details of the scope, the warranties required, and the novation agreement will be provided to those applicants shortlisted to receive the ITT.
