WOLSELEY The building materials giant has appointed Robert Marchbank to its board as chief executive officer for Europe and director of the company.

EMCOR The M&E specialist contractor's facilities management arm has taken on Nigel Hambly as managing director.

MOSESSON GROUP The construction products firm has promoted Ken Read to the post of managing director of its subsidiary Stramit International. He was previously managing director of T F Sampson and will be replaced by Andrew Chalk, who was previously sales and marketing director.

ENNSTONE The aggregates firm has enlisted Patrick Scannell to its board as an executive director.

SSG TRAINING AND CONSULTING The health and safety training and consultancy firm has taken on Peter Hayles as construction site safety advisor for the south-east team.

ROGER TYM & PARTNERS The planning and regeneration consultant has appointed expert economist Stephen Walker as senior associate.He joins RTP from Oxford Brookes University, where he was a principal researcher on a range of planning and propertybased studies.

GOLDER ASSOCIATES The ground engineering outfit has appointed Martin Fairlie as market sector leader for land development.He joins from Waterman Burrow, where he was the divisional director for its land department.

EDWARD SYMMONS The specialist consultant has appointed Michael Knight to its building consultancy team.He joins from Hunter & Partners and will be based at the firm's central London offices.
