Morrison has landed a £48 million deal to carry out junction improvements to the A45/46 for the Highways Agency at Tollbar End near Longbridge, home of failed car marker MG Rover. Last week, property group St Modwen, which owns most of the Longbridge factory site, said it was in talks with developer Advantage West Midlands about transforming the 130 ha site into a new business complex.
