Taylor Woodrow, Kier subsidiary Moss, Mowlem and Thomas Vale are bidding for a £4 million shopping centre development in Birmingham. The four return tenders next week to client Castle Vale Housing Trust for the deal to overhaul the Reed Square shopping centre. Work is due to start on site in May and will take 60 weeks.
