Oxfordshire council advertises office job

Oxfordshire County Council is invting bids for a £3.1 million project to develop an office building.

The three-storey building will have a gross internal area of about 2,090 sq m at Tramway Road in Banbury, Cherwell,

Work will cover design and construction of the complex and a parking area along with with site remediation and landscaping.

Due to start in July, the project is earmarked to take about a year. The building is expected to meet at least the "very good" standard under the BREEAM environmental rating system.

The council plans to invite six bidders to submit formal tenders. The deadline for requests to take part is Monday 28 April.
