FOUR alternative sites are being considered by bosses on London's £1 billion Paddington Health Campus.
The project team has named two properties nearby that could be used to ease space constraints on the main site in northwest London. Insiders revealed a third option - the Grand Union building - is being looked at.
Now a senior source close to the scheme said that a fourth site currently owned by the Post Office is a possibility.
The Post Office building is adjacent to the site of St Mary's Hospital, which will be revamped to accommodate specialist services from two other London hospitals and teaching facilities for Imperial College.
