Cost consultant Faithful+Gould is working with Atkins architects and engineers on designs for Pakistan's tallest building. The £175 million mixed use development in Islamabad includes a 30-storey hotel. Concept submissions have been made to the city authorities and initial soil investigations are under way. Construction will start on site next year and will take three years to complete.
