Waste paper insulation for steel building and cladding systems performs well in fire tests, a Steel Construction Institute research project has found.Wall panels filled with cellulose achieved a 30 minutes fire rating under British Standard tests and results under new European testing standards were equally positive.A full report on cellulose insulation is due to be published in the summer.
