Plymouth Argyle FC has struck a £2.7 million deal with the city council to buy the club's Home Park ground. The Pilgrims can now plan the final phase of stadium improvements. A spokesman said: 'Barr did the first bit and left cabins on site so maybe they're hoping to be invited back.'
