Plans submitted for £10m Baglan Energy Park expansion

Neath Port Talbot Council has submitted plans for a £10 million conference centre and office block on the Baglan Energy Park near Swansea Bay.

The extension will include a fitness suite, gym, spa, health and beauty salon, a cafe and shop together with conference facilities.

Detailed plans have been submitted and work on the 57,000 sq ft development is expected to start later this year.

Baglan Energy Park is a Public Private Partnership of Neath Port Talbot County Borough Council, the Welsh Assembly Government and BP.
