POOL WAIT: London developer Lead Asset Strategies has submitted a revised planning application to Liverpool City Council in a bid to gain approval for its £130 million New World Square scheme. The waterf ront site is covered by World Her itage guidelines because of the Three Graces, the collection of buildings that includes the Liver building. New plans include a hotel and business centre, 25-storey residential tower and piazza area. A decision on planning is due this autumn with construction starting early next year.
