The Government needs to increase partnering in PFI and PPP and provide more incentives for contractors, according to a new report from Pricewaterhouse-Coopers.The Partnering in Practice report states:

'Incentives should provide a fair reward for the contractors' efforts and should not be regarded as money that belongs by rights to the public sector.To drive better performance there should be real and proportionate incentives for contractors.'
