A fully restored airship hangar frame is being installed at Farnborough Business Park to form the centrepiece of a new public square. Developer Slough Estates has committed £20 million to restoring some of the most important buildings in British aviation history at the site, which it acquired from the Ministry of Defence in 1999. The hangar frame, 70 ft high and 250 ft long, will be a landmark feature of the office and leisure complex.
