PULLING AWAY: Parkman chairman Richard Archer is eyeing acquisitions in the environmental and education sectors to bolster the consultant's record order book of £102 million.

Parkman's highways arm provides 60 per cent of the turnover and Mr Archer is looking to expand. 'We're pricing more work than ever and we win 50 per cent of what we bid for, ' he said.
