Quality assurance

So you have tracked down the training you want. You sigh with relief and cross it off your 'To Do' list. But have you checked that the training provider can deliver its promises? For example, can it assure you that:

It supplies only appropriately qualified and experienced staff?

It has a commitment to the continuous development of their staff and associates?

It has a proven track record of reliable delivery?

Where appropriate, you will be given the opportunity to be involved during the development of the training package?

It has the flexibility of approach to respond to emerging needs during a training programme?

The accommodation and equipment it uses matches your needs and expectations?

It obtains client feedback to check that the training met the specified objectives, delivered the expected outcomes, was delivered in an appropriate and effective manner and that the feedback will be forwarded to you?

If so, you can relax! You are in good hands.
