TWO MEN charged with the manslaughter of 52-year-old Jarvis rail worker Peter White are due to appear at Liverpool Magistrates' Court tomorrow (Friday) for a committal hearing. Gerard Russell, 44, and Philip Goulding, 41, also Jarvis employees, were charged after Mr White died in May when he was struck by a works train near Edge Hill station, Merseyside.
