A SKANSKA/First Engineering joint venture will find out this month when it can start on a stalled £30 million rail scheme near Glasgow. Scottish Executive transport minister Sarah Boyack will announce details of funding to reinstate a 5 km-long line between Larkhall and Hamilton. The delayed Public Private Partnership scheme was due to start this spring.
