Recycled steel


Plans have been submitted for a huge mixed-use development at the site of the former Llanwern steel works near Newport in south Wales. Developer St Modwen and architect Stephen George are behind the £1 billion scheme, which will include 4,000 homes, two schools, retail and community facilities and an industrial park.
