Redeham Homes MD to spearhead growth

Private developer Redeham Homes has appointed Mark Bailey as its new managing director and co-owner to boost the firms growth.

The Surrey-based firm has 620 luxury homes in the 'development pipeline' across Cambridge, Luton, Tunbridge Wells and Crowborough.

Mr Bailey is set to expand the business by looking for development opportunities in the south-east.

He said: “Each and every one of our homes is the subject of careful planning to ensure all aspects of specification and accommodation meet the demands of our customers. I am looking forward to expanding the business through a controlled expansion which concentrates on cost certainty and quality product.”

Mr Bailey joins from Michael Shanly Homes where he was managing director.
