Retro beach huts to be built

Dozens of beach huts designed in a 'retro 1950s and 60s style' by Wayne Hemingway are being built in Dorset.

The 58 beach huts will be housed in a 1958 building which overlooks Europe's first artificial surf reef being built in Boscombe this summer.

Bournemouth Borough Council has yet to fix the cost of renting or buying the huts, fitted with mains electricity.
