RISING STOCK

RISING STOCK: Developer Hammerson has gained planning consent for the second part of the redevelopment of the old London Stock Exchange in the City's Threadneedle Street. The building, designed by Eric Parry Architects, will provide 20,000 sq m of office, retail and storage space. Bovis Lend Lease and Sir Robert McAlpine are expected to tender for the £105 million contract after submitting bids for the first £160 million phase on Old Broad Street this month.
