River Clyde Homes advertises £125m plan

Scottish housing association River Clyde Homes is looking for contractors to take on a housing framework worth up to £125 million.

Work will cover construction of 1,250 homes across 12 areas of Port Glasgow and Greenock.

A maximum of 12 bidders will be invited to tender for the deal but up to only six bidders will be successful in securing the work.

The project will be split into two lots and River Clyde Homes will select a panel of three contractors to carry out each lot.

Firms have until 5 August to express an interest for the four year framework.
