The Highways Agency is looking for a contractor to take on £13 million worth of renewals work to the Bowden View Bridge on the M56.

Work, which is scheduled to take one year to complete, will include the demolition and replacement of the existing bridge deck.

The bridge is located at junction 7 of the M56 to the south-west of Altrincham near Manchester.

Up to five bidders will be shortlisted for the project and interested parties have until 15 December to submit tenders.
