Scots clink


Interserve has bagged a £65 million deal to build a prison in Addiewell, near Livingstone in West Lothian, for the Scottish Prison Service. The contractor was chosen by prison operator United Kingdom Detention Services, the preferred bidder on the project. Work is due to start next year.
