West Lothian Council in Scotland has selected 17 firms to compete for £81 million-worth of highways maintenance work.Aggregate Industries, Crummock, ERDC, Falkirk Council, Farrans, Hanson, JH Civils, Glasgow Council, Luddon, M&M Surfacings, Maclay Civils, Potter Construction, Raynesway, Scottish Borders Council, Sterling Council, Tarmac and Tayside are all contesting deals worth more than £10,000 each.
