Scottish minister announces new Bills

Scotland's First Minister Alex Salmond set out Scottish Government's programme for the coming year this week.

The First Minister published a detailed document, Principles and Priorities: The Government's Programme for Scotland, setting out the 11 Bills proposed by the Government as well as the strategic policy priorities for the year ahead.

Bills included the Abolition of Tolled Bridges (Scotland) Bill, the Glasgow 2014 Commonwealth Games Bill and the Flooding Prevention (Scotland Bill).
