SET IN STONE: Wokingham-based stone restoration specialist Metropolitan Stone is halfway through a six-month £190,000 contract for retail giant Tesco at a mixed use development in Clapham, south London. It is repairing the former South London Hospital for Women and Children on Clapham Common, which main contractor Taylor Woodrow is developing into apartment buildings and a store.
