Shard times

Transport for London has agreed to let seven floors in what will be Europe's tallest mixed-use building. Work on the 310 m London Bridge development, known as The Shard, can now begin next year and will be finished in 2010. The project is a joint venture partnership between the Sellar Property Group, CLS Holdings and the Halabi Family Trust, each owning one-third.
