Shepherd poaches Interserve's Darren Payton

Shepherd FM has appointed Darren Payton as its national account operations director, with responsibility for the North-east, North-west and South of England.

Mr Payton was previously general manager for support services at Interserve, where he managed both soft and hard FM services.

He previously held senior roles at Initial, Amec and Johnson Controls and has experience in mobile workforce management.

Mr Payton will report to Shepherd FM business director Michael Webb.

His appointment follows Shepherd’s promotion of Paul Raine in September to commercial director for the south, and two senior appointments in April, when Richard Dobson joined as construction director and Paul Tiffin became senior build manager.
