Aberdeen-based Hunter Construction was embarrassed last week to find a bridge it was installing for Aberdeen County Council was too short.The team was positioning a 120 ft cycle-way and footpath when they discovered it was not long enough to bridge the divide.A spokesman for Hunter said: 'We and our subcontractors built the bridge in accordance with information given to us by the client's engineer.'Alterations have been made and the bridge is now in place.
