Simons in £100m X Factor court battle

Music moguls Simon Cowell and Simon Fuller square up for a £100 million High Court battle over the X Factor TV show today.
Fuller, the man behind the Spice Girls and S Club 7, is claiming Cowell's ITV1 show copies his Pop Idol format.

He is reported to have fallen out with Cowell because of his success as the acerbic judge of the Pop Idol series which was exported to America as American Idol.
