Sleeper blaze


A specialist rail supplier is looking at a £500,000 bill after thousands of wooden railway sleepers went up in smoke at its Doncaster depot.The sleepers caught fire 10 days ago and up to 80 firefighters were called in from across South Yorkshire to tackle the blaze at Trackwork's premises on the Kirk Sandall industrial estate. Police are still investigating the incident, described as 'suspicious'
