Southwark to rebuild primary school

Southwark Schools for the Future is inviting bids for the complete rebuild of Michael Faraday Primary School.

The work, valued at £9 million, includes the demolition of the existing building and the construction and landscaping of the new school.

When finished the school will house 240 pupils and includes a nursery and other community facilities.

Deadline for tenders is 23 May and up to five firms will be shortlisted for the job.
