Stockport deal open for bids

Stockport Metropolitan Borough Council is looking for contractors to build a primary school and children’s centre in North Reddish, Greater Manchester South.

Work will include design and construction of a new school with a football pitch, playground, paving, drainage, fencing and soft landscaping.

Construction will start in March next year and is due for completion in August 2010.

Up to six bidders will be invited to tender for the deal. Deadline for expressions of interest is 30 June.
